
Starting January 2012, VOLT will introduce changes regarding hours of operation, pricing, menus, and reservations. VOLT will extend dinner availability to Tuesday through Sunday and lunch availability will be shorted to Saturday and Sunday. The most exciting change is the menus. Chef Bryan Voltaggio will now offer a four-course prix fixe menu in the main dining room side by side with a chef’s tasting menu. Continuing his philosophy and modern style of American cuisine the change in menu will come with new and exciting seasonal changes for the first of the year. A snack and light fare menu will be available at the bar and lounge Tuesday through Friday, reservations are not required but space is available on a first come first serve basis.
Additionally, from now until December 31, VOLT will be taking reservations for the entire month of January, including Table 21. Reservations may be booked up to one month in advance for lunch and dinner. In the event that the requested date is booked, guests have the option to place their names on a waitlist for three alternate dates that fall within 30 days prior to their original request.
